V.H.Grand Canyon is happy to present an Annual Grand Canyon Photo Contest!

Categories

  • There are three main categories:
    • GRAND CANYON PHOTOS
      Submit your photos in digital format that were taken in the Grand Canyon National Park. It doesn't matter if you are an amateur, professional or just tried your camera for the first time - we encourage you to share your best photo images of the Grand Canyon lands and wildlife.
    • ROUTE 66 PHOTOS
      Submit your photos in digital format that were taken at any place along the Route 66 road. There should be a Route 66 road sign, visible on the photo. Any pictures will be considered, for as long as they were taken in the current year, meeting the Contest requirements and show the Route 66 in them.
    • LAS VEGAS PHOTOS
      Every trip to Grand Canyon starts in Las Vegas. Submit your photos in digital format that reflects the beauty of the city and made during the trip to Grand Canyon.

Rules

    • Everybody from the age 17 to 100+ are welcome to participate
    • There is no monetary prize offered
    • The Winner will have his/her photo to be published on the WEB Site Hall of Fame
    • Photos can be submitted every year from January 1 until October 15.
      The Winners will be selected by December 1
    • Winners will be notified via Email

  The photo must be in its original state and cannot be altered in any way, including but not limited to removing, adding, reversing, or distorting subjects within the frame.
  Entries will not be accepted unless submitted via the official contest channel. Entries not submitted through the proper channel will be deleted.
  Entries will be judged by the selected professionals and previous winners. All decisions are final.
  By entering the contest, entrants agree that photos submitted can be used on this Web Site for advertising purposes.
  Submissions will not be accepted once the deadline lapses.
  The winner will be contacted via the email address provided during entry. If no response is received after [three] business days, a new winner will be selected and the previous winner will forfeit all rights to the prize.
  The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  If you are using entry forms like those offered by Submittable, you can include language at end of the form asking entrants to confirm that they have read the rules and regulations by clicking the submit button.
